Thankyou from Bear Cottage

Dear Mary and the Angels,

I would like to sincerely thankyou and the girls for giving us a wonderful evening. The smiles on the mum's faces said it all, and it has been a highlight of their stay at Bear Cottage. The small things that we take for granted, such as a drink with friends is not something that can happen often in their lives.
 
Caring for their sick children is a 24hr/day job and most are very isolated in the community. This was a wonderful opportunity to bring us all together & give them a taste of 'normality'.
 
I am fortunate to work with a very dedicated group of staff who also appreciated the opportunity to have such a treat. The staff at Bear Cottage often go above and beyond, to do what they can for these children and their families but in saying that, it is a very rewarding experience working here.
 
Thanks once again Mary for providing lasting memories for our Bear Cottage family. You were all so hospitable & made us feel very welcome.
